3-tiered Skirt

Hari ni kononnye nak buat itu ini segala benda especially bab nak unload/load peti memandangkan dah dpt peti baru semlm...n nak kemas umah...tapi bile terlintas nak jahit sumthing for my doter..itu yg ku wat dlu...n alhamdulillah...siap juge...
From survey yg dibuat, ni summary on  how to sew the skirt...

1) Utk lebar setiap piece kena tau nak panjang/labuh mana divide by three sbb 3layer
2) Ukur pinggul then tambah 4" utk toddler..(ooo...pttla..td p ukur pinggang jer...hmm...sib ok...) top layer
3) Layer kedua panjang yg first layer darab 1.5...lebar sama
4) Bottom layer = Middle layer drb 1.5...lebar sama

Ok..harap leh buat yg lebih cntk...kain dah lama tersedia..cuma masa n kerajinan je perlu ade...huhu.

Ni pun dah lama xbuat projek selepas baju raya sedondon yg bolehlaa dipakai dulu....project merepair tetap ade...so...still xsia-sia beli mesin jahit n mesin jahit tepi...in fact jubah2 dinner pun dpt di alter sendiri... :)

NAK SIHAT DAN LANGSING DGN ALSDII

Askm...skrg mamasyitah is into this...ALPHA LIPID SLIM DIET II...sejak dah menginjak ke usua 30an mmg terasa berat susah sgt nk turun even xla mkn byk sgt...so...terus mencuba produk yg sdg hangat ni....mula masa 2nd week of puasa...dah berjaya hbskan 1tin setengah...walopon about 2kg lbh br yg kurang, tp mmg proses shaping n firming tlh berlaku...mcm mana? bj2 kurung noden dah boleh dipakai dgn  lbh selesa...tang pinggang n lengan dah nengecil...now terpaksa stop utk bg laluan kat cik p...hormon pun x cntk...nnt kurang lah kesannye...sesapa yg terbaca n mcm berminat n mcm nk tahu lebih lnjt just email me at shahzan1285@yahoo.com....insyaAllah...dgn disiplin n semangat nk kurus dan sihat...kita mampu...hehe...

Kelas Jahit Kurung Pahang...

Alhamdulillah...semalam dgn berakhirnya 2hari kelas baju kurung pahang...siap jugakla kurung pahang pertama ku...hehe...nnt post pictures...hope sempat lg jahit baju raya kami...masalaahnye...2-2 kain yg dibeli bercorak berkaki...camne ni....hmmm

Mission-Unknown-Whether-Possible-Or-Impossible

Hehe...of course it should be a possible mission but till now i haven't registered to the sewing course yet...am still hoping it is possible for me to wear my SIY baju kurung pahang for the coming hari raya...my husband did not allow me to go to the course in the afternoon-after-work alone...dgn keadaan skrg...bahaya...tp weekend pun dah berlalu...tgal lg 2kali weekend for me to gather the skill to confidently sew the baju...huhuh...nak tepon skrg...harap2 there are still available seats for me during this weekend...Salam Ramadhan Kareem...

Sew Small Project

Managed to get a new pencil case for myself which costs  1jam lbh...sbbnye amik masa utk tetas the whole pouch...hehe...b4 jd pencil case, bnda ni tersilap jd a pouch dlu...muat2 je utk pencils...xbestla...to get the best outcome terpaksala kan...lgpun sayang nk potong kain yg lbh if trus guna zip pendek tuu...hmm

A Large Tote With Cover

Akhirnya tote ini yg siap dlu...mmg dah lama nk buat sbb sng nk isi bj baby utk ke rumah pengasuh....hambik...bila siap, leh letak bj stok sebln kot...huhu...tp puas hati dgn outcomenye....ape lg...tanpe disangka pic burung kat main fabric tu elok je positionnye 2-2 belah walopon aku xperasan pic or kain tu ptt dijahit begitu!;haha...tote ni telah diikut stepsnye dan diimprovise mengikut the objectives n purposes of this bag dr sini...ayumills.blogspot.com I ikut yg lunch totenye...thanks alot!

Skrg ni tgh buat 2benda...tilam baby n bj kurung pahang...bj kurung br gunting bhgn bdn...tilam plak tgu nk binding n wat simple quilting...oklah dr xda buat ap...dirundung rasa kerugian...uhuk....

May...

It's May again and my husband and i are older by number this month.... Anyway...we celebrated our birthday with simple cakes je on the 8th and the 12th... Alhamdulillah...bertambah usia...semoga Allah kurniakan kesihatan yg baik kpd kami sekeluarga esp to our dearest daughter...
As for my projects, really2 chedey sbb xde buat ape pun selain repair itu ini aje...hmmm....susahnye nak mulakan...xsanggup nak menjahit sbb nak bg tumpuan utk    my litle girl...insyaAllah, this 2weeks school holidays, i'll try to find masa yg sesuai utk buat something..xtau mana nak didahulukan bile rasa nak buat mcm2... =)

Suami Penyayang VS Suami Baran...

Saje pulak ubah topic kali ni... Byk kan beza antara the 2 types of husbands nih? Kalo yg ade suami baran senang ke nak jadikan suami penyayang? Kalau ade suami penyayang mesti susah dia nak baran kan? Kalo suami tu baran kat wife, sure dia pun baran kat anak kan? kalo ramai anak?? Mesti bertambah jugak barannye kan? Semoga doa ni dapat membantu melembutkan hati2 yang panas...

Tom Yam Kow!

Wah, berjaya habiskan c-food yg ade dlm freezer dgn jayanye!! Tom Yam yg best dpt dihasilkan.... Tapi mmg pes tomyam yang dibeli kat pdg besar byk membantu! Ntahla dpt tak cari the same brand kat sini...mcm xde...

Masyitah's Blanket...

Poor my baby...she's been using her blanket 'the flannel side' since before i stitched it with the stripe fabric...just managed to sew yesterday...sewing machine tu berbau sketla masa i jahit...nape tah...tp mmg xpenah oil kan benda tu...tak tau mana nak letak oil...baru je letak semlm...main letak je kat bobbin nye tmpt n batang yg nampak mcm dah itam...
Btw...projects that i listed before masih blom buat lg...hukhuk...

Upcoming Projects...

Harap2 ape yg diangankan utk dibuat ni akan menjadi kenyataan...semoga Allah akan bagi kudrat dan masa yang sesuai..The projects that i intended to do are:

1. Diaper's Clutch.
2. Ruffled-Collar Dress
3. Super Easy Blouse
4. Ruffle Dress (Sleeveless combined with ruffles guna cotton knit)

In The Mood For A Pillowcase Dress...

An evening in the sewing room...and here is the outcome....a pillowcase dress....sebenarnye mmg senang...tp i'd like to have a proper dress, so, i took a longer time to sew proper seams...had a tutorial from some online teachers via youtube....ahaks... :)

Cotton Knit Fabric...

I bought 5yards of cotton knit from US n they are ready to be sewn... I am not ready to sew yet though because i am not confident enough to sew this type of fabric... anyone wants to teach me?? This time, i really want to make full use of the quite expensive fabric... nak jahit supaya btol2 menjadi, and thus i need to sharpen my skill!! Hmmmm...bilela nak g menuntut ni...Nanti upload pics sume...

My Dotter's Backpack...

I've bought 1/2yard fabric from an online seller and i received it yesterday... I did not get my rm10 balance though....never mind...maybe that's her way of selling things...hmmm....i managed to sew a small pink backpack for my lil baby...she likes it...i got the tutorial from here... Thank you to the blog owner...

A Simple Fridge Cover...

Tetibe rasa nak wat fridge cover yg proper sket sbb hubby dah bertungkus lumus ubah suai kedudukan kabinet n peti2 kat dapur...cari punye cari kain yg ade, jumpa kain perca yg dibeli kat tewah by kg dulu...hmm...baru nampak kegunaannya...ade sunflower printed mcm kaki kain...maybe yg dorang wat langsir sesapa...namapun kain perca, utk wat alas ni pun agak kurang dlm 2inci disebbkan potongan yg xsama kain tu sdiri...so, xcover sepenuhnye lah petiku..tededah sket...haha...mmg simple....xde pun wat poket ke ape...Lupe amek pic...dah selamat dlm washing machine skrg nie....

New Tote for School...

Alhamdulillah...setelah lama xde project, sblm g kokurikulum sempat gak wat a new tote fo me...a reversible tote...first time wat...tgk tutorial kat skiptomylou....best2... :)
Ermmm..kalo rajin nanti nak tambah bunge...

Table Runner Bidan Terjun...

Hahaha...sesuai ke tak ntah topic nih?! Actually, I am working on a table runner now... The so called patch work is done, now, the batting, quilt back, and the binding... Why bidan terjun, sbbnye actually nak buat tote, tetiba xckup small squares nye, so, tukarla jd alas meja...harap menjadi...btw, skrg ni the combination of the fabrics or the fabrics tu sendiri xcantik, so, nak kena wat binding yg bleh tahan sketla...ok...am getting back to work!


Semalam, 2/2/12 baruu siap...huhuhu...

It's A Cube!

Weee....Managed to make a soft toy in less than 1 hour...Quite good for a beginner like me...However it's not as nice and neat like we can find at http://blogrimbun.blogspot.com/ ... Yang bestnye bile my dotter said "tiknye" the first moment she saw the cube! Berbaloi mama wat..heee...

Let's Ruffles!

Yeaahaa...berjaya siapkan the first dress for my dotter....idea datang tibe2 sbb tgk tutorial knit skirt...just nak try wat ruffles...skali senang aje rupenye wat cara jelujur tu...haha...baru tau...kain lycra da lama beli kat nagoya...plan nak wat blouse blom dtg keyakinannye lg...buatla yg kecik2 dlu...ni pun 2-3kali tetas jugak sbb terkecik n terketat lak at first...kat luar je nampak ok ni...dlm still kucar kacir sbb xtrim btol2 lagii...tp sukee....

Got My Fabrics!

Alhamdulillah dah dpt kain yg dibeli via Etsy... Bila beli online, mmg rasa syukur n happy bila brg sampai sbb byk sgt check point nye... Even if I'm away pun risau brg tinggal lama2 kat post box kat umah ni... Kira orait jugaklaa... Seller tu shipped the items on the 28th of Dec 2011. It takes only about 11days to reach my house! Erm...xtau lg nak wat ape brg2 ni...Maybe purse, totes, etc...InsyaAllah...Mcm byk masa jek...haha...Dahla baru start sekolah ni...Mcm2 benda nak kena settle...
The fabrics are in half yard, totalnye, 7.5yards...the seller is closing the shop, so, murah sketla...xkisahla xcantik sgt kainnye, asal murah...huhu...

Aduh3...Boleh ke nak wat baby quilt nie? Dah lama pending... Dr dpt kain bln 9 or 8 lg...Mcm xconfident...Sbb sayang kain pun yea...Kot rosak...huhuhu...Baby is due in 1week je lg...Adiknye baby...InsyaAllah boy...Helpp!

Barut Baby....

Hari tu ade dpt brg yg diorder dr maymay shop...beli kain flannel, ade yg dibagi about a 'FQ', cukup utk buat barut baby 2helai..tgk tutorial online mcm senang even ade kekurangan bile dibuat, so, trus je wat n cepat je siap...cumenye, 'tali barut' nye blom ade...mana tah nak beli...mcm penah nampak kat kedai kat taman permata..xjuge sampai ke situ....so, ni dia barut tak bertali....
